Welcome!

Breanna is a mom, wife, postpartum doula and first responder in Ottawa, Canada. She graduated from Algonquin College with honours in Journalism, and has a personal fitness training diploma. Her writing focuses mostly on matrescence and preparenting: an intentional approach to the phase before becoming parents where we dive into deep personal development work and healing. She advocates for sobriety in mothers and donates to Thorn: an organization that works in partnership with law enforcement and tech companies to build tools fighting child sexual abuse and online child exploitation. She lives in a small farm town in Ontario with her husband, daughter and pets.
